You will coordinate candidate interviews, maintain accurate records, and offer insights during recruitment meetings. Additionally, your role will involve sourcing candidates through various channels, ensuring a robust talent pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:
• Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition Specialist on recruitment strategies
• Manage applicants using the in-house tracking system
• Provide weekly updates to hiring managers on candidate progress
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates
• Support additional recruiting efforts and special projects as needed
Requirements:
• Experience in agriculture, construction, or skilled trades
• Enrolled in an HR or Business program (3rd year or higher)
• Exposure to full-cycle recruitment is advantageous
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
