Our energy & resources client is seeking a Senior HR Functional Workstream Lead to lead HR business process transformation using SAP.

Join a multi-year enterprise transformation initiative modernizing core business processes and technology platforms across a large-scale energy organization. This role serves as the senior HR business representative within the SAP ERP transformation, bridging HR stakeholders and SAP implementation teams across solution design, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities. The position supports enterprise HR process transformation spanning workforce management, payroll integration, talent management, organizational management, and employee lifecycle processes. The program offers visibility across senior leadership, HR operations, and enterprise transformation stakeholders.

Must Haves

- 10+ years of progressive Human Resources experience
- 7+ years leading large-scale HR transformation initiatives
- Experience as an HR Functional Lead, Workstream Lead, or Senior HR Business Lead on ERP implementations
- Deep knowledge of enterprise HR processes and operating models within ERP transformation environments




- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related discipline
- Experience supporting large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformations

Nice to Have

- SAP SuccessFactors and/or SAP HCM implementation experience
- Prior experience in energy, utilities, pipeline, or industrial organizations
- Understanding of payroll integrations and workforce management processes
- Prosci Change Management, PMP, CBAP, CPHR, or related certifications

Responsibilities

- Lead the HR functional workstream across the SAP ERP transformation program
- Represent the HR function throughout all phases of the ERP implementation lifecycle
- Facilitate workshops with business leaders and subject matter experts
- Gather, document, and validate HR business requirements
- Support HR participation across SIT, UAT, regression, and end-to-end testing activities
- Coordinate business readiness, cutover, deployment, and stabilization activities
- Lead HR functional SMEs participating across multiple program workstreams
