We are Looking for Executive Chef/ Kitchen Manager, with:

- At least 5 Years of proven Experience in managing Italian Restaurants.
- Positive Knowledge of Italian Regional Cuisine, with a previous experience in Italian restaurants.
- English spoken.
- Food lover, Ambitious, Hands on, Committed.

Responsibilities:

- Preparation and cooking traditional Italian dishes.
- Manage kitchen staff and ensure a clean, organized kitchen.
- Menu planning, focusing on seasonal ingredients and authentic recipes.
- Maintain high food safety and sanitation standards.

Requirements:

- Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques.
- Ability to work efficiently in a rapid-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Good Experience of Italian Regional cuisine dishes, mainly southern Italian
