YOUR ROLE:As a Legal Assistant in Litigation and Transportation Law, your responsibilities will include:Preparing, reviewing and formatting court proceedings and various legal documents;Assisting with the preparation, organization and follow-up of legal files;Monitoring deadlines, court dates and procedural requirements;Managing calendars, emails and phone calls,



as well as coordinating communications with clients and other relevant parties;Preparing and organizing documentation required for legal files and court hearings;Opening, updating and maintaining electronic files. SKILLS REQUIRED:Training in legal secretarial studies;Good knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite;Robust command of both French and English, spoken and written;Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and accuracy;Ability to work independently, take initiative and manage competing priorities;Professionalism, discretion and a strong team spirit.
