We are seeking an organized and professional Customer Service Representative with experience in sales and customer support, preferably in a manufacturing environment. The successful candidate will possess strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quick-paced setting.

Pay

• – $50,000/Ann
• – Weekly pay every Friday

Shift

• – Monday to Friday 8am to 4:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone and email, delivering timely, accurate information.
• Process orders, quotes, and warranty requests in internal systems.
• Provide guidance on product features, specifications, and model options.
• Work closely with production, logistics,
  
  
  
  and technical teams to support smooth order fulfillment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns with professionalism and product knowledge.
• Maintain customer records and support general administrative and sales activities.

Qualifications & Experience

• 2-3 years of direct experience in sales and/or customer service.
• Experience in a manufacturing or technical product environment (asset).
• Strong comfort level handling product specifications and technical information.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM/order entry systems.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and communication.
• Exceptional verbal communication skills with a strong, professional customer presence.
