Vention, headquartered in Montreal, is seeking a Software Reliability Lead to build and grow a dedicated QA/RC team for machine hardware and firmware quality. You will own the end-to-end quality of embedded software and drive release governance across CI/CD and real-time systems.

You’ll collaborate with hardware, firmware, and platform teams, raising engineering practice while shaping testing strategy and dashboards. Hybrid work in Montreal area available.
