Fulfillment IQ in Toronto, ON, Canada, is seeking a Staff Supply Chain Simulation Engineer to design, build, and own the Workbench warehouse simulation engine. You will model warehouse operations, evaluate scenarios, and report to the Chief Scientist as the product evolves from zero to one.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with domain experts and developers, and shape technical roadmap while leveraging AI to accelerate execution in a high-ambiguity setting.
