The role focuses on enhancing health and wellness and requires a minimum class 5i driver license.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist individuals with intellectual disabilities in achieving personal goals
• Support participation in work and volunteer opportunities
• Facilitate recreational and wellness activities
• Maintain schedules and transport as needed
• Document progress and report to supervisors
Requirements:
• Valid class 5i driver license
