Shared Health leads the planning and coordinates the integration of patient- centered clinical and preventive health services across Manitoba. The organization also delivers some province-wide health services and supports centralized administrative and business functions for Manitoba health organizations.

Position Overview

Experience

• Minimum five years of experience working as a Physician Assistant or Clinical Assistant.


• Management or leadership or administrative experience and/or training is preferred.


• Teaching experience is preferred.

Certification/Licensure/Registration

• Eligible for registration as a Physician Assistant or Clinical Assistant with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Manitoba (CPSM).

• Ability to interact effectively with all stakeholders at all levels.


• Ability to lead and work with diverse groups.


• Demonstrated strategic problem-solving and decision-making skills.

This position requires a current satisfactory Criminal Records Check (including Vulnerable Sector Search), Child Abuse Registry Check and Adult Abuse Registry Check as conditions of employment.
