Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or equivalent
• 5-10 years of experience as Business Analyst or PM/Scrum Master
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies
• Strong presentation and facilitation skills
• Business Analyst or Change Management Certification preferred
