In this role, you will efficiently serve customers, handle sales transactions, and ensure customer satisfaction. You'll be responsible for operating the cash register, making change, and maintaining compliance with sanitation and safety standards. Additionally, you will replenish supplies and keep the concession area clean while relaying information to your supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sell concessions at events, including beverages and snacks
• Provide friendly and efficient service to customers
• Resolve customer complaints with a service-oriented approach




• Process sales transactions accurately and timely
• Ensure cleanliness and compliance with safety requirements
Requirements:
• Valid Food Handler Certificate or equivalent
• Previous experience in food handling or concession environments
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Attention to detail in all tasks
• Experience with iPad and Square technology preferred
