INVIRO seeks a passionate individual for the role of Mechanical Designer. This full time position emphasizes HVAC and plumbing design, involving detailed drawings and schematics using AutoCAD and Revit. Collaborate with project teams to ensure quality and timely project delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare HVAC, Fire Protection, and Plumbing design drawings
• Conduct heating and cooling load calculations
• Collaborate with project teams and managers
• Review shop drawings for project adherence
• Perform general design-related tasks as needed
Requirements:
• Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• 4+ years in Mechanical Design with HVAC focus
• EIT or CET certification is a plus
• Knowledge of Canadian National Building Code
• Effective communication and time management skills
