Niagara Custom Crush Studio is seeking dedicated Cellar Hands to join their team immediately. This position is perfect for those with a passion for winemaking and includes responsibilities from cleaning equipment to monitoring fermentation. Candidates will have the opportunity to assist with diverse winery tasks and directly contribute to producing quality VQA wines.
Key Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize winery equipment and areas
• Assist with crush pad operations during harvest




• Monitor fermentation activities and temperatures
• Perform wine transfers, racking, and filtration
• Support bottling line tasks including packaging and labeling
Requirements:
• Previous winery experience is an asset
• Education in Enology or Viticulture preferred
• Must be hardworking, reliable, and organized
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and work long hours
