NationsBenefits is seeking a Hearing Ambassador for its Sam's Club Hearing Aid Center in Springdale, OH. Engage with customers, promote hearing wellness, and schedule appointments daily.
This in office role supports licensed dispensers by fostering customer relationships and meeting growth goals. You will utilize your knowledge of hearing products while completing outbound calls. Building community outreach is essential in this position and achieving a significant increase in non-hearing aid product sales is expected.
Key Responsibilities:
• Understand all HAC products and services thoroughly
• Make 30-50 outbound calls to current and prospective customers
• Schedule at least four hearing tests daily for specialists




• Promote non-hearing aid products to engaged members
• Participate in outreach during events at Sam's Club
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong sales and customer service background
• Proficiency with PC systems and scheduling software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Experience with patient appointment scheduling
