Responsibilities

- Provide welcoming, extraordinary service to every client.
- Process purchases, gift cards, and other transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Respond to store, product, and service inquiries and resolve client needs professionally.
- Support sales floor and store teams with point-of-sale expertise.
- Assist with holiday events and client experiences.
- Handle client information according to privacy and security standards.

Requirements

- Previous experience in a customer service environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and a passion for exceptional client experiences.
- Confidence using technology and computer applications, with solid attention to detail and accuracy.
- Collaborative approach and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma.
- Flexibility to work up to 39 hours per week, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
