We are seeking a motivated and dependable Roofer/Labourer to join our agile construction team. Duties
Assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of roofing systems using hand tools and power tools
Prepare work sites by cleaning, measuring, and setting up necessary equipment and materials
Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and technical drawings to ensure accurate project execution
Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, plywood, metal panels, and other roofing components
Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and weatherproofing of roofing structures
Support carpentry tasks related to framing, sheathing, or other structural components of roofing projects
Maintain a clean and organized work setting by removing debris and securing tools after each shift
Requirements
Prior construction experience or a strong interest in building trades
Familiarity with hand tools such as hammers, screwdrivers, saws, and measuring tapes
Ability to perform heavy lifting safely and consistently throughout the workday
Basic understanding of blueprint reading to follow project plans accurately
Experience with caulking or sealing techniques is a plus but not mandatory
Carpentry or handyman experience is desirable for versatile task support
Reliable work ethic with a focus on safety protocols and teamwork
