Cosmetics manufacturing facility, Mississauga. Contract until June 30, 2027, with possible extension. 12-hour shifts, Friday to Monday (7:30 AM–7:30 PM or 7:30 PM–7:30 AM). Immediate start.

Responsibilities
Issue, review, and verify batch and packaging records for accuracy and compliance
Perform in-process checks on batching and packaging lines (temperature, speeds, weights, timing)
Perform daily scale verification and equipment cleanliness checks
Document sample collection for raw materials, packaging, bulk, and finished goods
Review QC chemistry and microbiology results (COAs) and release materials and finished goods
Conduct AQL inspections and provide product disposition per SOPs
Process quality orders, holds, and batch numbers in Microsoft Dynamics 365
Review and approve batch adjustment forms
Monitor operations for deviations and support investigations, non-conformances, and CAPAs
Coach operations staff on GMP and GDP
Support product trials,



equipment qualifications, and audit readiness (ISO 22716, FDA, Health Canada, EU, CSAR)

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in a science-related field, or equivalent experience
2+ years in QA, QC, or Regulatory Affairs in a manufacturing setting
Robust knowledge of GMP and GDP
Experience with MS Office and Microsoft Dynamics 365; SAP or Intelex eQMS is an asset

Pay: $18.65 per hour

Expected hours: 48.0 per week
