Duties
Greet customers warmly and assist with their inquiries in a professional manner
Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems accurately to process sales, returns, and exchanges
Handle cash, credit card transactions, and other payment methods with precision and integrity
Conduct product demonstrations and upsell items to enhance customer satisfaction and sales volume
Maintain organized merchandising displays to attract customer attention and promote featured products
Provide excellent customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive shopping experience




Manage phone etiquette when assisting customers over the phone or via online communication channels

Requirements
Previous experience in retail sales, cashiering, or customer service preferred but not required; training provided for motivated candidates
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus for serving diverse customers
Basic math skills for handling cash transactions accurately
Knowledge of POS systems, cash handling procedures, and merchandising principles is advantageous
Ability to multitask efficiently while managing time effectively in a busy environment
Demonstrated organizational skills to keep work area tidy and stock levels maintained
Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly attitude and professional phone etiquette

Pay: From $17.60 per hour
