We are seeking a detail-oriented, hands-on creative to join our growing custom apparel team!
If you’ve got a keen eye for precision, a knack for quality control, and a passion for print—we want to meet you.
What You’ll Do:
Operate heat press equipment to apply designs onto garments and other surfaces
Handle and manage DTF printing from setup to final production
Prepare materials, align transfers, and ensure proper temperature, pressure, and placement
Inspect final products for quality, consistency, and durability
Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Collaborate with the production team to meet daily output goals
We’re Looking for Someone Who:
Has experience with heat press machines and DTF technology
Is reliable, punctual, and able to follow instructions closely
Pays robust attention to detail and takes pride in clean, crisp results
Can work efficiently in a quick-paced production workplace
Enjoys working with their hands and loves creative industries
