Duties
Monitor entry points and conduct thorough checks to verify guest IDs and ensure compliance with venue policies
Maintain a visible presence throughout the venue to deter disruptive behavior and manage crowd control effectively
Utilize CCTV surveillance systems to observe activity, identify potential issues, and respond swiftly to incidents
Enforce safety protocols by addressing unruly behavior, preventing theft, and managing access to restricted areas
Collaborate with local law enforcement or emergency responders during incidents or emergencies
Conduct regular patrols of the venue to identify hazards, ensure exits are explicit,
and uphold security standards
Document incidents accurately through detailed reports and logs for future reference and review
Experience
Previous law enforcement or security experience in a nightclub, bar, or event setting preferred
Familiarity with surveillance technology such as CCTV systems and monitoring procedures
Knowledge of loss prevention techniques and crowd management strategies
Strong understanding of safety protocols related to alcohol service, guest conduct, and emergency response
Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally
Ability to stand for extended periods, remain alert during long shifts, and respond quickly to dynamic scenarios
