Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Insulator to join our construction team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing insulation systems across various projects. This role requires a strong understanding of construction practices, blueprint reading, and the use of hand and power tools. The Insulator plays a vital role in ensuring energy efficiency, safety, and quality standards on job sites. Candidates with experience in construction, masonry, or related trades are encouraged to apply. All positions are paid, including internships.

Responsibilities
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to determine insulation specifications and installation procedures.
Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials using hand tools such as knives, saws, and caulking guns.
Install insulation in walls, ceilings, pipes, ducts, and other areas according to project requirements.
Operate power tools and heavy equipment safely to facilitate insulation installation.
Perform related tasks such as caulking, sealing joints,



and applying fireproofing or soundproofing materials.
Assist with other construction activities including carpentry, drywall installation, or masonry as needed.
Maintain a clean work setting and adhere to safety protocols at all times.

Experience
Prior experience in construction or insulation work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate.
Knowledge of blueprint reading and schematics is highly desirable.
Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, heavy equipment operation, and construction estimating is advantageous.
Skills in carpentry, masonry, welding, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical work, plumbing, restoration, or cabinet installation are considered a plus.
Ability to read technical drawings and understand construction plans is essential.
Solid attention to detail and commitment to safety standards are required for success in this role.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: $20.00-$30.00 per hour
