HandleBar is a locally owned, high-volume spot in the Upper Village serving top-quality pizza by the slice alongside a killer craft beer selection. We run a fast-paced kitchen powered by great tunes, positive vibes, and a tight-knit crew. Responsibilities
Hand-stretch dough, build pizzas, and operate deck ovens efficiently during peak service rushes.
Complete daily high-volume prep work (dough batches, sauces, meats, fresh toppings) to exact recipes.
Maintain ticket timing, station organization, and overall kitchen flow.
Uphold strict food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
Assist with station setup, teardown, and daily closing duties.

Qualifications & Skills
Experience: 2+ years of high-volume kitchen experience (pizza and deck oven experience strongly preferred).
Certification: Valid BC FoodSafe Level 1 (or equivalent).
Availability:



Flexible schedule across morning and evening shifts (latest finish around midnight).
Attributes: Strong composure during heavy rushes, reliable work ethic, and a positive, team-first attitude.
Eligibility: Must be legally entitled to work in Canada.

Perks & Compensation
Hours: 35–50 hours/week
Pass Contribution: Whistler Blackcomb Spirit Pass / Season Pass financial contribution

Pay: $23.00-$25.00 per hour
