We are a medical and dental wholesale distributor looking for a highly organized, analytical Operations Analyst to support our purchasing, order management, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities
Analyze and allocate customer orders across vendors and purchase orders
Track orders from purchasing through receiving and shipment
Prepare product, pricing, and order data for RFPs and large customer orders
Work extensively in Excel to organize and analyze product and order data
Identify shortages, discrepancies, and order issues
Coordinate with vendors and the warehouse to keep orders moving
Prepare product information for customs, FDA, and cross-border shipments
Maintain accurate internal order and purchasing trackers

Highly organized and able to manage multiple priorities
Robust communication skills
Comfortable working independently and solving operational issues

Experience in wholesale, distribution, purchasing, logistics, or order management is an asset.

We are looking for someone who is not just good at processing data, but can look at an order or problem, understand what needs to happen, and take ownership of moving it forward.

Job Types: Permanent, Full time

Pay: $55,000.00-$70,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:
Toronto, ON M9L 2S1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
