Key Responsibilities:
Manage property claims from intake to resolution
Investigate moderate and complex first-party claims
Confirm policy coverage and maintain detailed file records
Process payments after verifying claimants’ entitlements
Initiate salvage and subrogation procedures on assigned files
Requirements:
University degree, 2-year diploma, or CIP designation
3 to 5 years handling personal and commercial claims
Knowledge of Definity policy wordings is a plus
Robust communication skills and team-oriented mindset
Proficient in MS Word and Excel
