We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Technician to join our premier dealership service team. In this role, you will diagnose, service, and repair the full lineup of factory-certified Case Construction Equipment. From compact track loaders to full-sized excavators and crawler dozers, your expertise will ensure our customers' fleets maximize their uptime and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Diagnose, troubleshoot, and overhaul advanced mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems on CASE machinery.
Utilize proprietary CASE electronic diagnostic tools and telemetry software (such as SiteWatch™) to pinpoint operational issues.
Perform routine preventive maintenance, warranty work, and pre-delivery inspections (PDI) on current and used dealership machinery.
Clearly document diagnostic findings, parts required, and repair steps on factory work orders.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop workplace in compliance with dealership safety policies.
Requirements
Journeyman Red Seal Heavy Duty Equipment Technician certification
Previous experience working at a major dealership brand is highly preferred; direct experience with CASE, CNH, or competitive tier-1 construction machinery is a significant asset.
Solid technical knowledge of tier-4 diesel engines, hydrostatic drives, and pilot/electro-hydraulic systems.
Valid driver’s license with a clean abstract.
Ownership of a standard professional toolset.
