BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT REPRESENTATIVE

Platinum Direct Hire Inc. has a role for a Business Development Representative, who has experience targeting agriculture, automotive, aerospace, mold/die, marine and engineering markets in the Windsor/Essex area. IMPORTANT: 50% Regional Travel is required

EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS;
5+ years experience in a Business Development relatable role
B2B sales success, including closing $250K+ accounts
Build a qualified pipeline through prospecting, networking, and partnerships
Grow new business & strategic accounts for industrial supplies and vending solutions
Win customers through competitive pricing, reliable supply, and exceptional service
Develop tailored proposals, quotes, and presentations that meet margin targets
Expand inventory management, vending, e-commerce, and distributor partnerships
Build customer relationships, cross-sell services,



and coordinate on-boarding
Manage CRM records, forecasts, reporting, and market insights
Strong negotiation and CRM skills required; 50%+ regional travel required
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Must have a valid driver's license and your own transportation

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum High school diploma required
Bachelor’s degree in business and management preferred

SALARY RANGE:
$70,000 – $90000/year base salary plus commissions which could go up to $150,000 or more depending on volume of business you bring in.
