Mediflex Physio & Medical clinic is a new multidisciplinary clinic in Langley bringing together family medicine, physiotherapy, and allied health services in a modern, collaborative environment.

We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and personable Medical Office Assistant (MOA) to join our team. This is an opportunity to be part of Mediflex from the beginning and grow with the clinic as we expand.

Duties
Greet and check in patients and provide a welcoming, professional experience
Answer phones and manage patient inquiries
Schedule and coordinate appointments
Manage incoming and outgoing faxes, documents, and correspondence
Process referrals and track specialist appointments
Maintain accurate patient demographics and medical records
Manage incoming results, reports, and physician messages
Assist physicians with administrative tasks and clinic workflow
Prepare and maintain examination rooms as needed
Assist with MSP/Teleplan billing and private billing
Maintain patient confidentiality and follow clinic privacy policies
Help with general clinic organization and day-to-day operations





Experience
Previous Medical Office Assistant experience strongly preferred
Juno EMR experience strongly preferred
Experience working in a family practice/primary care clinic preferred
Familiarity with MSP/Teleplan billing is an asset
Strong understanding of referrals, labs, imaging, and specialist correspondence
Excellent organization and attention to detail
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with technology and learning new systems
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
Friendly and qualified with patients
Able to multitask and remain organized in a busy clinic

Pay: $21.00-$26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16.0 – 35.0 per week
