We are seeking a dynamic Vehicle Technology Specialist with a proven ability to oversee and co-ordinate the preparation of customer vehicles.

Responsibilities
Meet and greet customers in a friendly and prompt manner.
Sensitive to customers' needs and flexible to re-scheduling appointments.
Work closely with Sales Department to co-ordinate the preparation of customer vehicles for delivery
Supervises delivery preparation of all sold vehicles, ensuring that purchased options have been properly installed (includes PDI, safetyu and accessories) and that all features are fully operational
Coordinates delivery of vehicles to customers.
Demonstrates features on delivery
Install and removes customers license plates

Requirements:
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Strong customer service and communications skills
Ability to work efficiently in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment.
Ability to effectively manage time, meet deadlines and complete all assigned tasks.




Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence.
Ability to meet physical demands such as heavy lifting, standing for long periods of time and ability to use power and hand-held equipment
Must possess a valid driver's license and secure driving history.
