Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their dining experience
Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS when available
Serve food and drinks promptly, ensuring presentation quality and proper food handling procedures
Upsell menu items to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in all service areas, including table settings and workstations
Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering duties and cash handling procedures
Assist with food preparation or kitchen support as needed to ensure smooth service flow
Manage time effectively to serve multiple tables efficiently during busy periods





Skills
Proven experience in food service or restaurant environments with robust customer service skills
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and proper food handling techniques
Excellent time management abilities to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced setting
Strong communication skills to interact positively with guests and team members
Basic math skills for accurate cashiering and bill splitting
Experience in upselling menu items to enhance guest experience and sales performance
Kitchen or food industry experience is a plus, demonstrating versatility in service roles
Ability to maintain professionalism while working under pressure in a lively environment

Pay: $15.90-$20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25.0 – 35.0 per week
