About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate is fluent in English and Mandarin, has previous customer service experience, and is comfortable handling cash and assisting customers in a qualified environment.

Key Responsibilities
Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service
Communicate with customers in English and Mandarin
Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
Handle cash and maintain accurate transaction records
Follow company policies and procedures related to cash handling and customer transactions
Assist customers with questions and provide explicit information about our services
Maintain an organized and skilled work workplace
Complete daily administrative and operational tasks as required
Protect customer information and maintain confidentiality
Work effectively as part of a team

Qualifications & Requirements
Fluent in English and Mandarin
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
Previous cash-handling experience is required




Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Reliable, punctual, and organized
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Comfortable working with financial transactions and handling cash
Professional and customer-service oriented
Professional references are required
Successful completion of a Police Information Check is required as a condition of employment
