We are Koreanshop, a growing Korean skincare website and retail store in Canada, looking for a full-time, in-person Customer Care & E-Commerce Support Associate to join our team.

This role includes customer service, website order support, phone/chat communication, shipment packing, and coordination with store and warehouse operations.

Responsibilities
Reply to customer inquiries by phone, email, and website chat
Help customers with orders, shipping updates, returns, and product questions
Resolve customer issues professionally and efficiently
Coordinate with warehouse and store staff regarding orders
Pack and prepare online orders for shipment
Answer incoming calls and provide general support
Maintain accurate order information and follow-ups
Assist with daily operations and other duties as assigned

Requirements
Strong communication and customer service skills
Must be proficient in spoken and written English
Comfortable speaking with customers on phone and chat
Basic computer knowledge and understanding of Microsoft Excel
Ability to multitask in a rapid-paced setting
Detail-oriented and responsible
Retail, warehouse,



or e-commerce experience is an asset
Must be available to work Sundays when needed
