Responsibilities
Engage with customers via phone, email, or chat to provide prompt, friendly assistance with their inquiries and concerns
Utilize data entry skills to accurately record customer interactions, transactions, and feedback in our systems
Conduct analysis of customer needs to identify opportunities for upselling and promoting additional products or services
Communicate clearly and professionally using proper phone etiquette to ensure a positive interaction experience
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues, providing solutions that meet their needs effectively
Support multilingual communication by assisting English and Spanish-speaking customers as needed




Collaborate with team members to share insights, improve processes, and enhance overall customer satisfaction

Skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to listen actively and convey information clearly in English and Spanish
Strong data entry capabilities ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all records
Analysis skills to assess customer needs and identify sales opportunities through upselling techniques
Proven experience in customer service or related roles, demonstrating patience and professionalism
Bilingual proficiency (English and Spanish) is highly preferred for serving diverse customer bases
Knowledge of sales strategies with a focus on enhancing customer experience through upselling
Exceptional phone etiquette combined with effective verbal and written communication skills
