We are hiring Light Packagers for a direct hire opportunity at a retail distribution facility in the Hamilton / Hannon area. This is a outstanding fit for reliable candidates who enjoy hands-on warehouse work, order picking, packaging, labeling, and working as part of a fast-paced distribution team.
This role offers steady full-time hours, weekly pay, and a Monday to Thursday afternoon shift, giving you every Friday off. You will be part of a supportive warehouse setting where teamwork, accuracy, and consistency are valued. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with less than one year of experience who are looking to build skills in logistics, warehousing, shipping, receiving, and retail distribution.
Key Responsibilities
Pick customer orders accurately using an RF scanner.
Package and label apparel for shipment according to warehouse standards.
Prepare products for distribution while maintaining accuracy and quality.
Follow workplace procedures for safety, productivity, and order fulfillment.
Keep the work area clean, organized, and ready for daily operations.
Work collaboratively with team members to meet shift goals and deadlines.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay rate: $19.45 per hour.
Weekly pay.
Direct hire chance.
Schedule: Monday to Thursday, 3:30 pm to 2:00 am.
Every Friday off.
Location: Hannon, ON.
Reliable personal transportation is required, as public transit is not available at the end of the shift.
