Lignetics, Inc. is seeking a bilingual Plant Manager for our Lac-Mégantic, QC location. The role leads engineering, maintenance, and production teams to deliver site KPIs while driving process improvements and safety excellence. You will report to the site Director, oversee 35 staff under a unionized environment, and coordinate with suppliers and customers to optimize performance and cost control. This permanent, in office role emphasizes teamwork and leadership across functions.
