CarePartners seeks a NSWOC-certified Registered Nurse to lead wound and ostomy care in clinic and community settings. You will promote patient self-management, work with an interdisciplinary team, and provide comprehensive assessment and treatment across a broad range of wound etiologies.

The role offers flexibility, full-time hours in Woodstock and surrounding areas, and robust clinical support. Experience with NSWOC and Ontario licensure is essential.
