Our client, Industrial Supply & Solutions is seeking a Counter/Inside Sales to join their team. As a Counter/Inside Sales, you will be part of the Sales & Customer Support function supporting customer-facing order entry, quotations, and solution promotion. The ideal candidate will have strong customer communication, the ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure, and a proven track record of building relationships that support sales growth.

What's the Job?

- Prepare invoices for order entry through the internal computerized software (AS400).
- Expedite quotations by following up on customer requests and ensuring timely responses.
- Promote Rexel Atlantic as a solutions provider by maintaining a high level of technical expertise and customer service.
- Work closely with outside sales and technical personnel to support customers and grow the knowledge base.
- Collaborate with vendor partners to help grow product strategies and explore new customer opportunities.




- Build brand recognition while supporting sales initiatives and enhancing customer experiences.
- Consistently ensure the corporate image is reflected in every customer interaction.

What's Needed?

- 1–2 years of inside sales experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively and build customer relationships.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work well under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Prior quotations experience in a similar industry.
