Job Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Instructor to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in teaching and tutoring, with the ability to create engaging lesson plans that foster a positive learning environment. This role requires effective communication and writing skills to convey complex concepts clearly and effectively to students.

Duties
Assess and identify students’ individual learning needs
Develop engaging lesson plans and instructional materials tailored to IELTS preparation
Deliver live online lessons using a variety of teaching techniques (e.g., discussions, presentations, multimedia)
Focus on developing students’ English proficiency across all four skill areas: speaking, reading, writing, and listening
Assign and evaluate homework and provide timely feedback




Monitor student progress and adjust instructional methods to meet individual needs
Maintain accurate records of student performance and achievements

Requirements
Native or near-native English proficiency
Minimum 1 year of classroom teaching experience
TESL Canada certification from an accredited institution
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
Experience with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Classroom, etc.)
Solid organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and adapt to diverse student needs

Job Types: Part time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 8 weeks

Pay: $30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 6.0 per week

Experience:
teaching IELTS : 2 years (Required)
