Responsibilities
Lead and motivate the service team to achieve operational goals and deliver outstanding customer service
Oversee daily shop operations, including scheduling, workflow management, and quality control of automotive repairs
Build strong relationships with customers by providing transparent communication, explaining repairs clearly, and ensuring satisfaction
Manage cash handling processes accurately during transactions and ensure proper documentation
Monitor inventory levels of parts and supplies to maintain smooth workflow and minimize delays
Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean, organized work environment
Experience
Proven dealership experience or extensive background in automotive service management
Hands-on mechanic experience with solid mechanical knowledge of vehicle systems and repairs
Demonstrated ability to lead a team effectively while maintaining high levels of customer service
Experience in automotive repair processes, diagnostics, and troubleshooting techniques
Familiarity with cash handling procedures and transaction management
Excellent communication skills to liaise confidently with customers, technicians, and vendors
