Job Summary

Join our dynamic team as Kitchen Staff and Customer Service Associate, where you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional food and service experiences. Duties
Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards
Handle food safely by maintaining proper sanitation and hygiene practices throughout all stages of food handling
Operate POS systems such as Micros POS for order processing, cashiering, and cash handling with accuracy
Provide excellent customer service by greeting guests warmly, taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance the dining experience
Manage time effectively to ensure timely order fulfillment during busy periods
Maintain cleanliness of kitchen workstations and dining areas in compliance with sanitation regulations




Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed to support smooth operations

Requirements
Prior food service or restaurant experience is preferred; familiarity with the food industry is a plus
Knowledge of food preparation techniques and safe food handling practices
Experience using POS systems such as Micros POS or similar cash register technology
Robust customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations quickly
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during peak hours
Understanding of sanitation standards and food safety regulations to ensure a clean setting
Kitchen experience including food prep, serving, and basic culinary skills is highly desirable
Willingness to learn upselling techniques to promote menu items effectively
