Job Responsibilities
Assist with handling, moving, and positioning glass panels and products safely.
Support installers with the installation of glass, mirrors, windows, doors, and related products.
Perform glass edge polishing, grinding, cleaning, and finishing as required.
Use basic hand and power tools safely.
Measure and prepare glass materials for installation or production.
Assist with loading and unloading glass while preventing scratches, chips, or breakage.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Follow all glass-handling and workplace safety procedures.
Requirements
Previous experience as a glass installer helper, glass polisher, or general helper in the glass industry.
Must know how to safely handle and carry glass.
Experience with polishing, grinding, installation, or finishing glass is preferred.
Physically solid and comfortable lifting and handling heavy materials.
Comfortable using hand and power tools.
Reliable and safety-conscious.
CSA-approved safety boots required.
