Receptionist – Part-Time | Calgary, AB – CORE Shopping Centre

$18–$22 per hour + 10% commission on services and products

Are you friendly, organized, and confident creating a excellent first impression?

NIWE Academy is looking for a part time Receptionist to join our team in downtown Calgary. You'll be the first point of contact for prospective students, current students, and visitors, helping create a welcoming and skilled experience from the moment they arrive.

The Role

You'll support the day-to-day running of reception while helping prospective students take their first step toward a career in beauty and wellness.

Your responsibilities will include:
Greeting students, visitors, and prospective students
Answering phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
Booking campus tours and sending confirmations and reminders
Keeping visitor logs, inquiry details, and front desk records up to date
Directing questions to the appropriate department
Keeping the reception area organized and presentable
Supporting the wider team during quieter periods

What We're Looking For

You'll be approachable, reliable, and comfortable dealing with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

You will need:




At least 6 months of reception or front desk experience in beauty, wellness, or education
At least 6 months of administrative experience
Weekend availability
Strong spoken and written English
Confidence using Microsoft 365 and CRM or booking systems
Good organization and attention to detail
A professional approach to confidential information

Experience in admissions, education, or customer service would be an advantage, as would additional language skills.
