We are looking for a reliable, organized, and friendly Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for our customers and visitors, you will play an significant role in creating a positive experience while helping keep our office running smoothly.

The ideal candidate is professional, personable, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multiple tasks in a busy environment.

Key Responsibilities
Greet and welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner
Answer and direct incoming phone calls and respond to general inquiries
Perform general office and clerical duties, including data entry, filing, photocopying, and document preparation
Communicate with vendors, send PO’s, and verify order acknowledgments are accurate
Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages
Maintain office supplies and place orders as required
Keep the reception area organized, clean,



and skilled
Provide general administrative support to the office team as needed

Qualifications & Skills
Previous experience in a reception, office setting is an asset
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Skilled and friendly phone etiquette
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities
Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
Accurate and efficient typing skills
Experience with filing, data entry, and record keeping
Professional appearance and positive attitude
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Experience:
Reception: 1 year (preferred)
