Preference will be given to those with Veterinary reception experience; however training will be provided for the right candidate.

Duties
Greeting visitors
Respond promptly and professionally to client inquiries via phone, email, or chat channels
Provide detailed information about services, procedures and products to ensure client understanding
Assist clients with appointment scheduling, order processing, or technical troubleshooting
Document all interactions accurately within the customer relationship management system
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues efficiently and effectively
Maintain a thorough knowledge of company offerings and updates to deliver current information confidently





Qualifications
Excellent communication skills with a friendly and energetic demeanor
Strong problem-solving abilities coupled with active listening skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a lively work environment
Prior experience in customer service or client support roles preferred
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional technical training is a plus

Additonal Information
Van Isle Veterinary Hospital operates seven days a week. Before applying for this position, the applicant must be adaptable to work evenings and weekends.

Pay: $18.25-$23.00 per hour
