Job Summary

We are seeking a Facilities Service Coordinator for a direct hire opportunity in a quick-paced service department within a manufacturing-related environment. This role is ideal for a highly organized, customer-focused professional who enjoys coordinating service activity, communicating with technicians and customers, and keeping work moving efficiently from request to completion.

As the Facilities Service Coordinator, you will serve as a key point of contact for service requests, dispatching, scheduling, customer updates, invoicing, and administrative follow-through. Key Responsibilities
Receive, enter, review, prioritize, and schedule customer service requests using the ACE system.




Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls and inspections based on customer needs, technician availability, workload, and priorities.
Monitor service call progress, communicate updates to customers, follow up on open items, and escalate issues when needed.
Review and validate service call details, process invoices daily, and ensure completed calls are invoiced within required timelines.
Coordinate parts, materials, supplies, inventory needs, and logistics support required to complete service work.
Provide professional administrative and customer service support to technicians, supervisors, customers, and internal departments.

Compensation and Advantages
Pay rate: $21.00 per hour.
Location: M3M 0A7.
