We are an exciting clothing boutique opening in Dieppe, New Brunswick, and we're looking for a passionate, fashion-forward individual to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who loves fashion, enjoys connecting with people, and is comfortable creating content for social media.

Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming shopping experience.
Assist customers with styling, outfit selection, and product recommendations.
Process sales transactions and help achieve store sales goals.
Maintain store appearance, merchandising displays, and inventory organization.
Model clothing and accessories for social media and promotional content.
Create engaging photos, videos, Stories, and Reels featuring current arrivals and styling inspiration.
Manage the store's Instagram presence, including posting content, responding to messages, and engaging with followers.
Help plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotions, and in-store events.
Stay informed on current fashion trends and share creative ideas to grow our brand.

Experience
Previous retail sales or customer service experience is preferred, especially in fashion or technology sales environments




Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with a diverse customer base
Demonstrated technical sales experience, including product demos or explaining features of complex products, is a plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage time effectively in a rapid-paced setting
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage customers confidently and clearly
Familiarity with POS systems, cashiering procedures, and cash handling practices is desirable
Ability to perform physical tasks such as standing for extended periods and light merchandising duties

Pay: $15.90-$18.00 per hour
