We need a receptionist. You will answer the telephone and greet the clients as they come into the office. You will also handle mail and email and couriers. You will also be trained in some aspects of becoming a legal assistant. This job would be ideal for someone who has taken a legal assistant program but did not find a job because law firms want experience. We will give you experience doing various legal assistant tasks and there is prospect for someone who wants to learn. This is a small but very busy office and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
