We are looking for a Phone Screen Refurbishing Technician to join our growing team. The successful candidate will be responsible for refurbishing and testing smartphone LCD and OLED screens to ensure they meet our quality standards before being sold to repair shops.
Responsibilities
Refurbish and repair smartphone LCD/OLED screens
Perform screen separation, glass removal, laminating, and assembly
Operate refurbishing equipment and tools safely
Test screens for display quality, touch functionality, brightness, and defects
Inspect finished products and identify quality issues
Follow company procedures and quality-control standards
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Handle screens and components carefully to prevent damage
Work efficiently to meet daily production targets
Remove top broken glass from phones and put recent OCA on screen
Qualifications
Previous experience in LCD/OLED screen refurbishing is an asset
Experience with phone repair or electronic assembly is an asset
Valuable hand skills and attention to detail
Ability to work with small electronic components
Ability to identify screen defects and quality issues
Reliable, punctual, and responsible
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Willingness to learn and develop technical skills
