SNM International Limited is a Mississauga-based manufacturing and engineering company providing machining, fabrication, tooling, and related manufacturing services to industrial customers.
We are currently looking for an Experienced Welder to join our workshop team. The successful candidate will be a hands-on, dependable individual with robust welding and fabrication skills and the ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities
End of the line finish welds – galvanized steel, mild steel & Aluminium
Must be able to read welding drawings with welding symbols
Preparing metal surfaces
Selecting appropriate filler metals and gases
Setting up and adjusting equipment
Inspecting welds for defects
Maintain equipment
Adhere to strict safety protocols
Collaborate with other team members
Other duties as assigned
What You Should Have, as a MIG/TIG Welder:
Minimum of 5 years of production welding experience
CWB Cert preferred but not required
Be comfortable welding Aluminium
Attention to detail
Able to follow verbal and written instructions
Job Type: Part time
Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
