About the role
You'll help ensure channel partners receive accurate and timely support for their co-operative advertising and market development fund claims. By processing claims and pre-approvals with precision, you'll contribute to high-quality customer experiences.
No prior experience is required and experience of managing claims and policies is highly beneficial.
This is an existing vacancy.
What you'll do
Claim Processing
Review and process co-op advertising claims and pre-approvals
Calculate claim values using client procedures and compliance guidelines
Scan and upload pre-approval and claim documentation as needed
Review different types of advertising for compliance
Customer Support
Handle written and verbal communication professionally and promptly
Maintain high-quality standards and meet individual KPIs
Be proactive in problem solving and apply policies consistently
Programme Expertise
Develop deep knowledge of co-op advertising policies, procedures and programmes
Apply policies and procedures accurately and consistently
Enter claims into the platform accurately
What you'll bring
Solid written and verbal communication skills
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to apply logic to ambiguous situations
Comfortable working with percentages and calculations
In addition to base salary we offer bonus, stock options plus a wide range of perks.
The pay range for this role is:
41,000 - 51,000 CAD per year(Whitby, Canada)
