Lucon Music Group is a growing music company focused on artist development, digital releases, music distribution, catalog management, and contemporary music marketing.

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry & Digital Operations Assistant to support our day-to-day music operations.

This is an in-person position and is ideal for someone who is organized, comfortable working on a computer, and able to complete repetitive digital tasks accurately and efficiently.

No previous music industry experience is required.

Responsibilities

Your responsibilities may include:
Entering and updating information in spreadsheets and online systems
Uploading music, artwork, titles, and release information
Organizing artist and song metadata
Copying and transferring information between platforms
Managing digital files and folders
Updating internal tracking sheets
Reviewing information for accuracy
Helping organize music releases and artist projects
Completing repetitive online and administrative tasks
Maintaining records of completed work
Following step-by-step operating procedures
Assisting with general digital operations for the company

Training will be provided.

What You’ll Be Working On

You’ll assist Lucon Music Group with the operational side of managing multiple artists, releases, music catalogs, digital assets, and internal systems.

Your role will help ensure projects stay organized, information is accurate, and releases move through the workflow efficiently.

Work Setting

This is an in-person position.

You will work directly with the Lucon Music Group team and receive explicit instructions for daily and weekly tasks.

The role is suitable for someone who enjoys structured computer-based work and wants experience working inside a growing music company.

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
